Bingham RFP - We surveyed the cities that had contributed to the Bingham Endowment about what the speciality should be for the next Bingham Consultant. They were most interested in developing additional sources of revenue for cities. We have issued an RFP to people and organizations we think might be interested. The second page is the list of the places we've sent it.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys - I found out last week that the Customer Satisfaction survey forms have been mailed. The folks doing the survey selected 600 customers at random from a list we gave them of everyone we had worked for in the last two years. We should have the results by the middle of May.
