I am happy to let you know that Macel Ely will be MTAS’s training program manager. The details of Macel’s transition to MTAS from his present assignment at the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership are being worked out and he will be “on the ground” at MTAS very soon. Macel is no stranger to MTAS and brings a good understanding of it and its training needs with him. In my discussions with him about the job, it has become clear that he’s excited about his closer affiliation with MTAS.
