· Last week, we all received an e-mail from Hannah Holder asking us to help a team working on a strategic plan micro goal of updating the IPS Professional Development guidelines by completing a short survey. The survey can be found here

· Daylight Savings Time…somebody is probably reading this Monday morning and wondering why everybody that usually gets to the office after they do was already in the office when they got there. Think about it.

· Looks like all of us might enjoy (?) some late-season snow this weekend. That follows the summer-like thunderstorms and tornadoes that moved across most of the state last night. Cloudless blue sky and bright sunshine in downtown Nashville right now. If you don’t like Tennessee weather, wait a minute.

· Lastly, remember a few things…
o What each of you do every day for our customers and each other is recognized and appreciated. Really! It is!
