Because Steve Thompson felt that more assistance was needed in the accounting/budget/h.r. department, MTAS has hired Summer Johnson as a permanent part-time employee (yes the same Summer who has been up front answering the phones part-time). Beginning today, on the days she comes in she will be sitting in the cubicle besides Dale and will now be assisting Dale, Tess, Melanie and Steve. Because of this move, it was decided that one of the codes team would be switched over to help cover phones, do miscellaneous work for consultants, etc. That person is Doug, and he will now be located at the front desk. He and I will be taking turns covering the phone. Consultants feel free to give him work .
