Employee Relations Team - RickS is chairing an IPS Employee Relations Team to discuss the results of the employee survey and to develop recommendations. Margaret and Sandy will join him as the representatives from MTAS. We didn't have any volunteers so they both graciously agreed to accept my "volunteering" them.
