We do emphasize in MTAS that the process that we use for any administrative requirement should be clear to all concerned, and two issues that readily come to mind include the APR and budget processes. Over the past year we have made progress on this need for clarity. Last week’s Update included the process and timeline for the APR process for 2012, and this is important enough to emphasize with this separate memo. Of course, please contact your supervisor or let me know if you have questions or need assistance with the process.
