1. Last call for snow stories. I'll put together a summary in my next staff update.

2. APR process - We are starting next week in Jackson and Nashville. We are going to do them a little differently this year. Mike and Sharon will jointly conduct the APR interviews for all the consultants who report to them. I will be involved in only a few APR interviews, generally for the people who report directly to me. Most of the APR interviews will be conducted by your supervisor. We'll make a few adjustments to the Knoxville schedule when I get a chance to talk to Armintha Friday when I'm back in Knoxville.

3. We've all seen Governor Bredesen's call for state agency cutbacks. We still haven't heard how much, if any, of that applies to higher education and to UT (and to MTAS). I'll let you know as we learn.
