--- UT students living in on-campus housing now can download music and
other on-line features free through an agreement between the university
and Napster. The pilot program is coordinated on campus by the Office of
Information Technology, Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs,
and the Student Government Association.

--- The winter issue of Tennessee Alumnus features Dr. Jinx Stapleton
Watson, UT associate professor of information sciences, who has been
instrumental in growing the Dolly Parton Imagination Library for Tennessee
children. Now it's going national.

--- Municipal Technical Advisory Service, an agency of the UT Institute
for Public Service that provides training and technical support to
Tennessee's 348 cities, will move its headquarters to Oak Ridge this
spring. MTAS headquarters, which have been in Knoxville for 55 years,
currently are in the UT Conference Center on Henley Street.
