Management Team Meeting - January 20, 1999
Minutes

50th anniversary We reviewed the plans for our 50th anniversary, paying particular attention to January - April. I have sent a letter to all cities to let them all know about the anniversary poster, the birthday proclamation letter, and the possibility of donating to the Bingham Consultancy as a birthday present to MTAS. We have our new letterhead with the logo for the 50th anniversary in the lower right corner and should start using it. The 21st Century letterhead needs to be recycled.

TML legislative conference Mike reviewed the plans for Tuesday of the TML legislative conference. MTAS will present the program for the morning. We'll have a panel discussion involving most of the technical assistance providers (MTAS, local planning, development districts, and others) and then we will have a presentation on cost saving ideas for cities.

MTAS advisory committees We need to make some new appointments for the MTAS advisory committees. We asked for volunteers at the TML district meetings in November, but we still need a few more suggestions. We'll have a full slate soon.

Computer hardware and software plan We reviewed a draft of the plans for the next six months. We'll send everyone a copy soon.
