Fellow MTASers,

“You’ll wake up one morning and just know it’s time”. That’s the answer to the question you and I have asked friends and relatives, “How do you know when to retire?” I’ve had that wakening moment and they’re right. I just know it’s time. The effective date of my retirement is June 30th of this year. What a wonderful 5 ½ years it’s been! Thank you…thank you…thank you! But that’s 5+ months away and you and I have a lot of work to do between now and then. So, hang on!

Herb tells me he intends to have a search committee up and working by early April. I hope each of you will be engaged in the process when the opportunity arises.
