Controller Issues Draft Statement on Debt Management

On September 22, 2010, Comptroller Justin Wilson held a public hearing on proposed new debt policy requirements. At the hearing, the Comptroller thanked everyone that responded during the comment period and indicated that a revised final draft will be submitted to the State Funding Board for review at or near the first of the year. MTAS will keep local city and finance officials updated on any new developments as they occur. You can find further details on the Comptroller’s website here.
